That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Hair Creations by Monica Ford, LLC experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

At Hair Creations by Monica Ford, LLC, I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of and understand that things happen. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours before your appointment!

RUNNING LATE?

Hair Creations by Monica Ford, LLC is owned and operated by a working wife and mom. Time is of utmost importance. Please call if you are going to be late so that I can determine if I can still fit you in, or if we need to reschedule!

COVID-19 Policy

As COVID-19 has become a new part of life and many have now been vaccinated, I do not require the use of a mask during services. However, if you would prefer to use one, or would like me to use one, please do not hesitate to ask!

If you have symptoms of COVID or have tested positive within the last 2 weeks, I ask that you let me know so we can reschedule you!
